The adhesive VINILE® film has a width of 1.50mx30m and the non-adhesive film 1.80x30m.

The thickness of the film is 0.35mm.
The VINILE film is on (ON mode) when it receives an electrical charge and remains transparent. The VINILE film is turned off (OFF mode) when it does not receive an electrical charge and therefore remains opaque.
Anytime… our VINILE® film can be placed at any time of construction. You can integrate it on already placed glass or on new glass that you are going to incorporate into the project.
VINILE® film is compatible with all types of glass and with almost all glasses or partition systems, as well as folding, sliding doors or windows, etc.
VINILE® consumes around 3.7w/m2. To give you an idea, 10m2 of VINILE® film consumes less energy than an LED bulb.
Indeed. As you can see in the technical film, it has a UV (ultraviolet) ray block of 83% in ON mode and 99% in OFF mode and a 20% block of IR rays (infrared... which give the sensation of heat) in ON mode and 90% in OFF mode. Indeed, it is a perfect substitute for curtains or blinds, being a much more integrated product than these.
VINILE is resistant to direct contact with water except in the electrical pre-installation part and on the edges of the film.
VINILE® works optimally in temperature ranges between -15ºC / 70ºC.

Our VINILE® fil has more than 100,000 hours of useful life (approximately 10 years) and more than 2,000,000 on-off times with a reaction speed of less than 1 second.

It has a 2-year warranty in accordance with European regulations.

Beyond this, to clean it, use a lint-free cloth slightly moistened with water, avoiding contact with the edges of the vinyl and especially with the electrical pre-installation area, and clean with neutral (non-abrasive) products.

That said, any other possible type of more technical interaction with the installed VINILE sheets must always be carried out by those responsible for the VINILE Audiovisual S.L. brand.

After the installation of VINILE®, you will have a 2-year warranty period, during which a series of conservation measures must be maintained to validate the warranty period:

– Do not manipulate the electrical installation area

– Do not pull or tear out the wiring

– Do not manipulate the transformer, change the drive mode or allow liquids to enter it.

– Do not use glues or other types of abrasive chemicals. If necessary, only neutral silicone can be used.

– Do not clean with chemicals

– Avoid scratches, bumps or breaks

– The use of glues or silicones is prohibited both on the surface of the sheet and on its edges, as they can damage the sheet.

Our VINILE® film can be operated from any type of switch, sensor, remote control or home automation solution.
This will depend on the color of the VINILE® sheet chosen, but the standard sheet (opaque white color) has 93% transparency on and 4% off.
Although the most common is white film, there are different colours of VINILE® films. The most used are VINILE® White and Gray (dark and light grey).
The VINILE® sheet can be die-cut to be used as an integrated signage element, incorporate logos into screens and we can even print any creativity on it.

Of course, the VINILE® film is the best surface to generate content through rear projection. Intended in most cases for use in window dressing, the VINILE film can receive audiovisual content by rear projection by placing a projector inside the store.

When the sheet is opaque (OFF Mode) it would show the content of the projector and when it became transparent, we could instantly see the inside of the store, room, etc.
